Your New Role:

As a Service Coordinator, you're the central force that keeps our operations running smoothly. You’ll be handling critical service logistics, field tech coordination, and customer experience. This role is based in Leesburg, VA.

Job requirements

  • Experience in scheduling, dispatch, or coordination roles (preferred)

  • Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Preferred: Familiarity with NetSuite and Jobber

  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Calm, resourceful, and effective during fast-paced or emergency situations

  • Comfortable with ticketing systems and general administrative software
