Your New Role

As our Residential Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of project success, bridging the gap between field operations and corporate goals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our residential projects meet profitability targets while keeping costs in check. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the progress of multiple residential projects from start to finish
  • Managing job costs post-completion to account for every dollar
  • Coordinating with field teams to drive cost efficiencies
  • Preparing and presenting monthly metrics to the operations team
  • Compiling and delivering monthly Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports
  • Developing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Tracking subcontractor labor and material costs while identifying cost-saving opportunities

Job requirements

  • Proven experience as a Residential Project Manager, ideally in a multi-site, regional, or national role
  • Strong understanding of job cost tracking, subcontractor management, and material cost control
  • Experience preparing and presenting detailed reports (e.g., WIP reports, monthly metrics)
  • Skills in developing and implementing policies for operational efficiency
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with field teams and senior management
