Your new role:

As an Outside Sales Representative, you're the driving force behind the face of our business. You’re not just selling products—you’re building relationships and creating trust. Your role includes:

  • Developing and maintaining high-level connections with home builders and electrical contractors who rely on your expertise.
  • Seizing new business opportunities in the residential building sector like a pro, turning cold leads into loyal partners.
  • Using your deep networks and connections in the industry to drive major sales growth.
  • Delivering stellar customer service—solving problems, putting out fires, and making sure everything runs smoothly by collaborating with our internal teams.
  • Staying on top of your game with Inside Sales, regularly reporting on order statuses, sales forecasts, and driving initiatives for our marketing and product teams.

Job requirements

  • Proven success as an outside sales representative.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the residential building or electrical contracting sectors.
  • Must have an active driver’s license and be willing to undergo a background check.
