Your New Role
- Connect with Clients: Make outbound calls to build relationships and connect clients with Southern Electric's trusted solutions.
- Estimate and Analyze: Collaborate with the sales and estimating managers to create detailed estimates using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data Management: Keep our CRM updated, monitor sales metrics, and analyze bid data to help refine our sales strategies.
- Lead to Close: From the initial call to closing the deal, you’ll ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

Job requirements
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related field, with a strong focus on outbound sales calls and cold-calling techniques.
- Estimating Skills: Ability to create accurate estimates aligned with client needs.
- Communication & Organizational Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, with at least 2+ years of relevant experience.
