Your New Role

As an Electrical Helper, you’ll support the electrical team while learning the fundamentals of the trade. This role is based in Leesburg, VA.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance

  • Help with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup

  • Learn to run wire, install fixtures, and use tools safely

  • Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

  • Maintain a professional attitude with customers and teammates
