Your New Role

As a Commercial Supervisor/Superintendent, you’re the pivotal point for our commercial project teams, ensuring efficiency, budget control, and strategic deployment of manpower. Your role will keep projects on track while meeting labor demands across multiple sites. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Labor Tracking: Oversee, manage, and report on project labor usage.
  • Team Collaboration: Work directly with Foremen to ensure optimal manpower allocation.
  • Manpower Coordination: Support recruiting, scheduling, and deploying a skilled workforce as needed.
  • Company-Wide Labor Management: Monitor labor costs and productivity for maximum resource efficiency.
  • Labor Forecasting: Plan and strategize to meet future labor requirements.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or superintendent role within commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of labor tracking, forecasting, and resource management.

  • Ability to anticipate project needs and plan manpower proactively.
