Your New Role

As our Commercial Project Manager, you won’t just track projects—you’ll drive them forward. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Oversee every commercial project’s progress with precision and attention to detail
  • Manage job costing and conduct post-completion reviews to ensure profitability goals are met
  • Collaborate closely with field teams to maintain cost controls and maximize efficiency
  • Provide monthly metrics and Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports to Operations—clear and impactful, no fluff
  • Design and implement policies to boost operational efficiency across all projects
  • Track subcontractor labor and material costs to optimize spending
  • Identify and implement cost-saving strategies to drive overall profitability

  • Proven experience in commercial project management within a construction or electrical environment
